You are shooting outside on a bright, sunny day, and you want to make sure that you get as much stuff in focus as possible.

The answer is C, F22 because since its a bright sunny day you dont need the lens to let in alot of light and the lens apature needs to be small so alot of light doesnt come in and over expose the photo.

A large aperture like an F-2 might lead to an over exposure, you are right, but if you increase the shutter speed, this will fix that problem. This question was really about depth of field. You want an f-22 because it will lead to a long depth of field.
